For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance to secure your date. For corporate shoots and smaller projects, 4–6 weeks is usually sufficient. We occasionally accommodate last-minute bookings, contact us to check availability.

Upon full payment, you receive a full usage licence for all delivered content for personal and commercial use. We retain the right to use work samples in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place which we are happy to sign for sensitive corporate projects.

Our camera fleet includes professional cinema and mirrorless bodies from Sony and Canon. Drone operations use DJI Mavic 3 Pro. Audio is captured using Rode and Sennheiser professional microphones. All equipment is professionally maintained and backed up with spares on every shoot.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm and hold your booking date, with the balance due on or before the day of your event. For large corporate productions, staged payment schedules can be arranged. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer and cash.

For outdoor and drone shoots, we monitor weather closely and communicate proactively. If conditions make safe or quality work impossible, we will reschedule at no extra cost. For events with a fixed date, we adapt our setup to the conditions. Our crew is experienced in all weather scenarios.
